Rajanna on September 30th

The release date of King Nagarjuna’s upcoming period drama Rajanna has been confirmed. The movie will release on September 30th. Vijayendra Prasad, who happens to be Rajamoulis’ father, is directing the movie. The movie is inspired by some real life events that took place during the freedom struggle.

Rajamouli himself took care of the action sequences and they are reportedly quite fantastic. The shooting of the movie is almost complete and post production work is going on. A huge set has been erected for the climax scenes. Keeravani scores the music for this period drama and Sneha plays the female lead opposite Nagarjuna. Nazar, Swetha Menon, Ajay, Supreeth, Pradeep Rawat, Mukesh Rushi and others essay important roles in the movie.

Rajanna is going to be released by R.R. Movie Makers all over India. The audio function will most likely be held in the 2nd week of September.
