Shivaraj Kumar's Rudra avatar in Jogayya

Sandalwood star Shivaraj Kumar was also passionated by the genre and tried out more movies in the same genre. Initially, his movies like Jogi, Sathya In Love and few other films become successful, but his recent movies like Santha, Hattrick Hodi Maga and Thamassu in the same genre, failed at the Box Office.

But those movies did not hinder Shivaraj Kumar's passion to do such movies. He tried out the same genre in Mylari, which became super-hit movie of the year 2011. The King of Sandalwood is now set to complete 100 films with the movie Jogayya, which is slated to release on 19th August.

Although his Jogayya is also made in same genre, Shivaraj Kumar has changed his look in it after seeing the response of present generation. The century hero is appearing in a brand new get up. He has ditched his image of angry young man holding a sword. Instead, he is holding a thrishool in the movie Jogayya.

The movie Jogayya features him in the Rudra avatar. Director Prem and producer Rakshita have planned to cash in his new avatar. So they have raised the cut-outs of Shivaraj Kumar in Rudra avatar in front of many theatres in Bangalore and other parts of Karnataka.
