Salt N’ Pepper is a sensation

Director Aashiq Abu’s Salt N’ Pepper is soon becoming the flavor of the season. The film, which has an unlikely star cast of Lal, Asif Ali, Baburaj, Swetha Menon and Mythili in the lead roles, has attracted viewers of all ages alike. The script is by Shyam Pushkaran and Dileesh Nair.

The film has a simple story, which is being told with food as the backdrop. The surprise package in the film is Baburaj, who is usually seen as a baddie. He is doing a humorous role in Salt N’ Pepper.

In fact things are going great guns for Baburaj, who is one of the main villains in Anil C Menon’s Collector. But the real achievement is perhaps is the acceptance for Manushyamrugam, which he has scripted, directed, produced and acted in the main role!
