Mickey Rourke has lived hard and fast - not to mention the obvious cosmetic modifications made to his visage over the years.
Note the blotchy lips which are indicators of poor digestion. The lips are a measure of our digestive health and when found discoloured or dry, cracked and unpleasant to look at, mean that the internal organs of digestion may be unhealthy.
His eyes have become narrowed, smaller, over time which shows an introverted personality. In his younger years his eyes were larger and more expressive. He has obviously withdrawn to some extent. This may not be his natural tendency but is perceived by others to be so ( if only unconsciously).
Notwithstanding this, Mickey is an observer of people himself and this is shown by the pronounced ridge over his eyebrow area. He likes sizing up people and is a psychologist of sorts.
The large philtrum ( groove ) between the nose and lips is a reflection of sexual appetite. It is strong and deep and wide. In fact this shows he may have overindulged these appetites.
Mickey's eyebrows are somewhat patchy and lighter in colour than his hair and this shows deteriorating health along with a temperamental attitude. These things are also seen by the cheeklines making contact with the outer edge of his lips. These are not great markings to have on the face.
